Founded more than twenty years ago when a division of a regional water utility was spun off as an independent company, we were tasked with developing advanced RF-based AMR/AMI technologies for the water utility industry.  

The technology that came out of those efforts yielded one of the most advanced AMI systems in the utility industry.  Expanding to the world of submetering, our products are the gold standard in millions of homes in America, in the multifamily properties and extensively in the manufactured housing sector.
